Engage and interact with potential clients in hospital booths and other onsite locations.
Educate customers on healthcare plans, coverage benefits, and enrollment procedures.
Convert leads into sales by identifying customer needs and providing suitable healthcare plan options.
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and transactions.
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support to build long-term relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve overall business goals.
Represent Kwik Care professionally in all onsite activities and promotions.

College level or higher (any course).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in onsite sales, preferably in hospital booth settings.
Experience in the local insurance or healthcare industry is an advantage.
Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven, with the ability to turn leads into actual clients and meet or exceed sales goals.
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and follow a flexible schedule.
Full-time availability (5-day workweek) and full onsite.
Willingness to rotate between branches in Pasig or San Juan.
