Ensure full compliance with environmental and other waste related legislation by adherence to best practice at all times.
Ensures compliance with the requirements of PD 1586. RA 6969, RA 8749, RA 9003, RA 9275, their respective implementing rules and regulations (IRRs), and other pertinent rules and regulations, with 40hrs of Basic for PCO Training both LLDA & DENR-EMB.
Identifies significant environmental aspects and impacts of the establishment's operational activities and recommended possible mitigating measures in the formulation, preparation and/or review of the Environmental Management Plan and Contingency Plan as required by both LLDA & DENR-EMB.
Processes all permitting and registration requirements of the establishment prior to the construction, installation. or operation of pollution sources and control facilities as required by the all-government agencies.

Good communicator and influencer – the ability to effectively communicate and adjust messages accordingly to a variety of audiences.
Good knowledge and skills in risk and compliance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and have a propensity for attention to detail and be able to understand and react quickly to the larger picture.
Must be hands-on and grasp complex tasks quickly with minimal supervision.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize to meet strict deadlines.
Vocational qualifications in risk and compliance are an advantage.
