Title : Head of Inside Sales

Reports to: CHAIRMAN/ CEO


What You’ll Do:


Lead Generation:

  • Generate potential leads and contacts by making thorough research and mapping customer organization.
  • Identify prospects that fit the target demographic in cooperation with Sales Team.


Sales Presentation/Responsibilities:

  • Manage Inside Sales team
  • Work closely with the Chairman/CEO in the Nordics/USA
  • Initiate cold calls to book appointment, i.e., conference calls or face to face meeting for ProV CEO/C-level executives with potential customers.
  • Participate in calls and follow on the deliverable agreed in calls/meetings.
  • Manage all customer meetings and conference calls both internal and external including taking important and relevant information during every engagement and next steps.
  • Introduce the company to potential customers by sending out daily emails; use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that ProV can offer to prospects.
  • Prepare minutes of the meeting
  • Track progress with customer and initiate regular follow ups.
  • Follow-up on the proposals, SOW, MSA and ensure timely delivery.
  • Keep customer database updated and continue to build up by populating it with new contacts from referrals and online research.


Relationship Building and Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Maintain strong after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Account Management for clients
  • Increase wallet shares of existing clients


Other tasks/responsibilities that may be asked from time to time.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Sales/ Inside Sales or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English language
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Proactive
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Has strong Relationship Management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • With valid passport
