Position: Overseas Operations Intern

1. Provide data-driven insights for market clients and activation teams, and establish reporting and analytical capabilities across the department.

2. Analyze business performance trends, conduct regular market research, transform complex data, and create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards.

3. Assist in engaging overseas users, communicate activity details, and provide feedback and drive resolutions for user issues.

4. Support the overseas operations team in improving user conversion rates and expanding into global markets.

1. Prior experience in Web3 or a strong interest in the Web3 field is preferred; good spoken and written English skills are required;

2. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, listening skills, and proactive learning ability; ability to adapt to the fast-paced and high-pressure work environment of an internet company;

3. Experience in data analysis and data-driven capabilities; experience in user operations is preferred;

4. Must be available at least 5 days a week, with a minimum internship duration of 3 months, and able to start as soon as possible;

5. Proficient in Excel, PBI, Office, Figma, etc., with strong data analytical thinking skills.
