1. Develop and implement platform risk management strategies and plans to ensure the overall risk management of the group.
2. Monitor and analyze platform risk status and trends, propose risk warnings and preventive measures to ensure platform business stability and risk control.
3. Lead the team to ensure that team members' work and quality meet the requirements and standards of the group.
4. Prepare risk management reports to report on platform risk management status and work achievements to superiors, and propose improvement and optimization suggestions.
5. Collaborate closely with other departments and projects to coordinate and promote the implementation of risk management efforts, facilitating the group's stable operations and sustainable development.
6. Continuously optimize risk management systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy, and reduce the occurrence of potential risks.
7. Continuously refine risk control strategies and models to maximize group benefits and enhance the company's competitiveness and sustainability.
8. Lead and participate in the development and implementation of crisis emergency response plans to ensure timely response and handling of crisis events, minimizing losses.
1. A bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of experience in risk control, auditing, or finance within sports platforms, including more than 2 years in a management role. Experience in managing Filipino teams is preferred.
3. Proficient in sports rules and various game regulations, with a deep understanding of risk management, statistics, and probability.
4. A thorough understanding of the importance and complexity of risk management, with the ability to independently design risk control strategies and models, conduct backtesting, and optimize them.
5. Must provide specific data or outcomes from past risk control strategies or models.
6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, capable of effectively inspiring team members' enthusiasm and innovative spirit.
7. Strong data analysis and processing capabilities, with proficiency in common data analysis tools and technologies such as Excel, Python, SQL, PowerBI, etc.
8. Keen risk awareness and judgment abilities, capable of promptly identifying and addressing potential risk issues.
9. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, able to maintain good cooperative relationships with various departments and partners.
10. Proficient in English communication (required).
