Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute user growth strategies (acquisition, conversion, retention)

Manage Twitter / Telegram / Discord communities and organize events to enhance engagement

Liaise with KOLs, media, exchanges, and wallets to promote collaborations and activities such as AMAs and airdrops

Design growth initiatives such as referral rewards, airdrops, and whitelists

Focus on emerging markets (Southeast Asia / Africa / Middle East / Latin America) and develop localized growth plans

Core Requirements

Over 2 years of experience in Web3 growth/community management, with proven success in user acquisition

Familiarity with Twitter, TG, and Discord dynamics, capable of generating community discussions and atmosphere

Preferably has resources in KOLs/exchanges/wallets/media

Fluent in English, able to independently execute activities and conduct reviews

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in exchanges/wallets/Crypto payment projects

Experience in growth within emerging markets

Active Crypto user
