Job Responsibilities:

1. Design innovative and attractive contract activity plans based on the exchange's business goals and market dynamics to enhance user engagement and trading volume.
2. Collaborate closely with product, development, and other departments to drive project implementation and ensure growth following product launches in conjunction with marketing teams.
3. Continuously monitor and analyze activity-related data, assess the effectiveness and impact of events, and formulate optimization plans to improve the performance of future activities.
4. Actively interact with users to gather feedback and suggestions, promptly address complaints and issues, ensuring a high-quality and satisfactory user experience.
5. Analyze the operational status of competing exchanges in light of cryptocurrency market conditions, propose practical solutions, and implement corresponding improvements.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in finance, marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.
2. Experience in event operations within the cryptocurrency industry or financial derivatives sector, with familiarity in contract trading products and markets.
3. Excellent event planning and organizational skills, capable of independently developing and executing event plans.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly report on public sentiment and provide recommendations to management and team members at all levels.
5. Good data analysis abilities, able to utilize data-driven methods to optimize event strategies.
6. Ability to work under pressure and drive the success of events in a highly competitive market environment.
7. Strong communication and coordination skills, with a team-oriented spirit, capable of effective collaboration with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
