Description

Responsible for planning and executing user growth initiatives to improve registration and retention rates.

• Plan and implement user growth campaigns (including but not limited to time-limited incentives, airdrops, lotteries, trading competitions, etc.) to drive registrations and retention;
• Monitor user behavior through data analysis to optimize campaign timing, frequency, and incentive mechanisms, achieving sustained growth in user count and participation rates;
• Conduct user segmentation and targeted operations based on user lifecycle and trading behavior;
• Design phased incentive strategies for registration, KYC, first deposit, and first trade, aligned with user behavior data;
• Track key metrics (registration conversion rate, trading conversion rate, retention rate, ROI, etc.) and continuously refine growth strategies through data-driven review;
• Collect and organize user feedback, propose improvement recommendations, and drive product optimizations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in internet finance or 2+ years in crypto industry events/user operations;
• Strong execution skills with the ability to independently drive tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent analytical thinking and data sensitivity;
• Familiarity with social media and overseas user behavior patterns, with the ability to adjust strategies based on market dynamics;
• Proficient in English reading and writing for professional purposes.
