Teams By Design is growing—fast. We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support several of our companies with online graphics and other creative work. Our team consists of amazing professionals, and this role is the missing piece we’re excited to add.

The Graphic Designer's responsibilities include the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics—including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, and more.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the intended message. You must have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d love to meet you.

Goal: To inspire and attract the target audience through impactful visual design.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
• Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce final designs
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs based on feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements and Skills

• Proven graphic design experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphic work
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus
