The UX & Visual Designer creates a seamless and visually compelling digital experience for Lux & Nyx. This role blends creativity and analytical thinking to design, optimize, and enhance website layouts, visuals, and user engagement. The ideal candidate ensures every campaign and online interaction reflects the brand’s premium look and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize website pages on Shopify.
• Create visuals for campaigns, emails, and social media.
• Analyze user behavior and improve UX using Hotjar or Google Analytics.
• Maintain visual consistency and curate creative content.
• Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway ML, etc.) for design mockups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on A/B testing and performance reports.



Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in UX/UI, digital, or visual design (retail or lifestyle preferred).
• Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, and Hotjar/Lucky Orange.
• Creative, analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Must have prior graveyard shift experience overlapping with the U.S. CST hours.
