Job Purpose:

Supports the business development team in identifying growth opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue. The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of business development activities.

Job Description:

• Design and produce creative assets for digital and print platforms, including advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, posters, packaging, and web layouts.
• Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competition to inform strategy.
• Developing and implementing Arts Banner, Icons to expand the company's market presence.
• Setting goals and objectives for digital growth and ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Identifying and establishing relationships with potential partners, clients advertisement and social media performance.
• Marketing Support with relationships with existing clients.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Typically in Business Administration, Marketing, Branding , Graphic Design, Arts or a related field.
• Graphic Design Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Experience in the relevant industry or sector is often preferred (e.g., tech, consumer goods, healthcare).
• Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Design and produce creative assets for digital and print platforms, including advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, posters, packaging, and web layouts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute innovative visual solutions for campaigns and projects.

- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistent visual representation across all touchpoints.

- Create illustrations, logos, and other design elements as needed. Edit and enhance images, videos, and other multimedia content.

- Good Skills with Photoshop ( PS, AE, AI ), Figma ,.etc Design Tools.
