As a development engineer for our real estate AI services, you will handle both in-house service development and commissioned projects.

Main Responsibilities:

・Front-end development of real estate AI services

・Back-end development of real estate AI services

・Client‐commissioned development (handling customer project requests)

・Detailed design and test planning

・Code reviews and quality management

・All tasks related to in-house and commissioned development

Development Environment & Technologies:

・Front-end: Next.js / React.js

・AI coding agents: Claude Code / Copilot / Cursor, etc.

・Python / Golang (Go) (depending on project)

・GCP / AWS / Azure (depending on project)

・Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

Required Qualifications:

・Experience developing with Next.js or React.js
