- Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality.
- Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized.
- Ensure that equipment’s are maintained in good and safe working condition.
- Uses equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
- Repair and clean the equipment when needed.
- Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
- Implement the company’s principles, policies and operational requirements for quality, health, safety and environmental management.
- Report any operating or mechanical faults or issues to management.
- Keep production order confidential as part of Information Protection Policy and documented accordingly.
- Operate equipment and handling raw materials as per Occupational Health and Safety instructions.
- Performs operating adjustments.
- Implements SOP of the PP Printing machines before, during and after operation.
- Make new nylon plates and setup for production run.
- Assist mechanics during machine repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Perform other duties related to work that may be assigned by his superiors.
- AGE - 18-45 years old (with or without manufacturing experience).
- EDUCATION - at least Junior High School Graduate or with ALS certification.
- HEIGHT - 4’6” to 5’
- Tattoos are not allowed
