The ideal candidate for General Manager is someone who thrives on being involved in all aspects of the business, from the operational details to high-level strategic planning. Your role will involve close collaboration with different teams, fostering a culture of unity, innovation, and excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish company-wide goals and ensure departmental goals are aligned with these overarching objectives.
  • Facilitate clear communication and coordination across the organization to ensure that all departments are in sync to meet business objectives.
  • Regularly review departmental performance to ensure alignment with company-wide goals and identify areas for improvement in synchronization.
  • Continuously assess and refine organizational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  • Ensure all policies and processes are well-documented, communicated, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee the implementation of new policies and processes and ensure staff are adequately trained to adhere to them.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in a leadership role within the salon, food, beauty, or retail sectors, demonstrating a capacity for hands-on management and strategic growth.
  • A strong technological foundation, with experience in enhancing e-commerce platforms and integrating digital tools into business operations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and motivating teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Understanding of the beauty and/or salon industry, with a genuine passion for driving trends and excellence in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships internally and externally.
