About the role

As the General Manager for Autobot Autoworks, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shop in Quezon City Metro Manila. This full-time position is a key role within our management team, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our world-class automotive products and services.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the activities of our operation, warehouse, and administration teams to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve performance and meet business objectives
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal operating conditions
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and administration, to align operations with overall business goals
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the operations team to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar operations management role
• Automotive industry experience is mandatory for this position
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, and the ability to implement these principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and maximizing efficiency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is highly desirable
