What You’ll Build
• Licensing & compliance: Incorporation, SEC Certificate of Authority, AML/KYC, disclosures, audit trail.
• Credit engine: Policy, pricing bands, over-collateralised LTV (?50–55%), vendor panel (appraisers, legal, collections, auctioneers).
• AI-first ops: Underwriting assist, risk scoring, live portfolio dashboards, automated dunning, USDT/PHP on-/off-ramp rails.
• Growth system: SME channels, broker network, remarketing partners, repeat-borrower cycles.
• Investor discipline: Monthly waterfall, reserves, reporting — zero missed distributions.
120-Day Non-Negotiables
• Entity live; SEC CA file in motion; core policies/contracts signed off.
• ?200M+ vetted pipeline of over-collateralised deals ready to draw in tranches.
• Collections cadence live (D-30/D-15/D-1); arrears playbook tested end-to-end.
• Real-time dashboards across LTV, DPD, recovery, FX/treasury; core team hires in seat.
12-Month Scorecard
• Diversified national origination partners; book scaled with weighted LTV ?55%.
• Early-stage DPD <3%, NPL90+ <2% with documented recovery paths.
• Platform ready for multi-market roll-out (APAC first).
