- Handles overall management of staff, customers, budget, asset, and other company resources to create maximum value for stakeholders.
- Directs capital planning and budgeting activities.
- Works with the Chairman of the Board in the implementation of company policies, procedures and set standards.
- Maintains existing clients and creates new business opportunities for the company.
- Proactive toward external factors that affect company operations.Improves marketing strategy to achieve 100% employee membership.
- Oversees functions namely operations, finance and accounting, marketing and product development.unities to expand the cooperative's reach and impact
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or Economics
- At least 5-years experience in cooperative management and a proven track record of successfully overseeing operations.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Keen to details, result oriented and solution driven
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Position will be based at the Corporate Head Office of TSPI located at Guadalupe Nuevo, Makati City
