Equicom Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Taguig City branch. As the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our healthcare facility, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care. This is a full-time role based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee all administrative and operational aspects of the clinic, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and address any issues or concerns
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of clinic personnel
• Analyse clinic performance data and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement
• Serve as a key point of contact for patients, addressing their concerns and managing their expectations

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare management or clinic management role
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, medical staff, and other stakeholders
• Proficient in using healthcare management software and technologies
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and improving patient satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
