• BIR Reporting process (experience in handling BIR audit is a must)
• Preparation of 0619-E/1601-EQ – Monthly/Quarterly Remittance Return of Expanded Withholding Tax
• Preparation of 2550M/2550Q – Monthly/Quarterly Value-Added Tax Declaration; 1600-VT – Withholding VAT
• Preparation of 0619-F/1601-FQ – Monthly/Quarterly Remittance Return of Final Income Taxes Withheld
• Preparation of 1702Q/1702RT – Quarterly/Annual Income Tax Return
• Annual BIR reporting of WHT-E and FWT
• Reconciliation of VAT reports for the year vs Books
• Assist in reconciliation of BIR audit findings
• With experience in general accounting process
• Annual audit and accounting report consolidation
• Liaise with auditors in annual audit
• Draft annual audited FS including notes and ITR
• Submit AFS and attachments to BIR and SEC
• Monthly FS preparation
• Prepare monthly FS

• Review royalty computation for payment to Lawson-Japan
• Co-supervise GA Team

Job Requirements

• BS Accountancy or Any related work
• Willing to be assigned in UN, Manila
