- Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Execute accurate reporting, filing, and database management in various accounting systems
- Analyze financial information for discrepancies and reconcile differences
- Assist with tax returns and audits, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to support overall goals of Grajo & Associates CPA's within the Accounting & Finance industry
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates are welcome, no experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Bookkeeping, familiar with accounting software, strong numeracy, and analytical abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, regular weekday hours, and possible overtime during end-of-month closures.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, excellent time management, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
