Simulation Golf Facility

We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage the front desk of our Simulation Golf facility in BGC, Taguig. Experience in reception or customer service is a plus. Knowledge in operating POS systems is required.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers upon arrival
• Handle bookings, reservations, and daily schedules
• Respond to inquiries (walk-in, phone, and online)
• Operate POS system for payments, billing, and issuing receipts
• Coordinate with staff and golf coaches for customer requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth customer flow

Qualifications:

• Experience as a receptionist or in customer service is an advantage
• Knowledge in using POS (Point of Sale) systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge
• Organized, approachable, and customer-focused
• Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig
