- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Organize and maintain the reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
Requirements
- 25-35YRS OLD
- WILLING TO RELOCATE
- ASSIGNMENT AREA: PARAÑAQUE CITY
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage guest check-ins/outs, answer inquiries, and maintain front desk operations.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require shift work, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, professional demeanor, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
