Greeting and welcoming patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Handling patient inquiries, appointments, and registration processes efficiently
Assisting with the coordination of patient flow and workflow at the front desk
Maintaining accurate records and updating patient information in our systems
Providing administrative support to the medical and nursing staff as required
Ensuring the front desk area is well-organised and presentable at all times
Adhering to the company's policies, procedures, and professional standards

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, visitors, and colleagues in a warm and professional manner
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in using computer systems and office software, such as Microsoft Office
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations would be an advantage
