- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt responses.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for staff.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk systems and MS Office, excellent scheduling and time management abilities, strong organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular interaction with clients and staff.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication skills, ability to multitask and work independently.
