  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HM, any related field/Undergrad.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer relationship management, strong communication, and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Working Conditions: Professional office environment, may require standing for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong customer service orientation.
