Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or front desk roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Greet guests, manage reservations, handle inquiries, and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and occasional evening or weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction.
