Responsibilities

Client Specific tasks 

  • Place export bookings with origin office.
  • Confirm export booking details with origin office.
  • Confirm shipment ready date for collection with origin office. 
  • Confirm shipment pick up date schedule with origin office.
  • Confirm airline website tracking departure and arrival data.
  • Request Debit Note and Profit share upon origin departure date.
  • Chased Debit Note and Profit share weekly.

 

Other tasks

 

  • Quoting (General Cargo) /Spot Quote
  • Rate Management 
  • Entering/Updating New rates (lines) – Client and Supplier
  • EDI Costings/Quote Systems
  • Adding CIV and PO numbers in jobs
  • Cancelling & Archiving Orders
  • Container Breakup Update
  • Landed Costing
  • Product Listing
  • Update Transfer number
  • Update Exchange rates
  • Deriving EFT/FTP Reports
  • DAP/DDU/DDP quote
  • Updating Handling Charge
  • Updating Sailing Schedule


Requirements

  • At least 1-year of experience in Customer Service or Sales Support in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping industry is a requirement 
  • Must have high level of attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Excellent English skills in both written and oral 
  • Ability to cope with repetitive or continuous support queries 
  • Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly 
  • With positive attitude towards difficult situation 
  • Willing to work in Ortigas or Cubao
  • Can start ASAP and amenable to morning and weekend schedules
