• Maintain proper grooming with a complete uniform.
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
• Greet guests with a smile and the signature greeting: “Welcome to Camp Netanya Resort & Spa” upon entry.
• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and give a fond farewell upon check-out.

Foreman Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise workers; oversee, manage, and troubleshoot common problems that arise on the job site.
• Create work schedules based on company requirements and staff availability, ensuring safety regulations are always observed on-site.
• Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making adjustments as necessary due to weather, supply, delivery, or personnel issues.
• Delegate individual responsibilities and projects to personnel.
• Train, manage, and mentor employees.
• Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices, and safety requirements.
• Emphasize the safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment, and provide training on safety gear, helmets, and procedures.
• Develop and manage project budgets and quality standards for all sites.
• Resolve conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.
• Regularly report project status to supervisors, site engineers, and other officials.

• Implement and manage security protocols to ensure the safety and privacy of guests.
• Keep up to date with all hotel safety and hygiene policies.

Covered Shift

• Perform tasks and duties and cover shifts of colleagues in their absence.
