Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field • 1–2 years of ESL teaching experience • Proficient in English (native speaker or C1/C2 level) with standard pronunciation and fluent communication skills • Familiarity with online teaching tools (e.g., ClassIn) and ability to design interactive learning activities • Patient, responsible, passionate about education, with strong cross-cultural communication awareness Job Responsibilities: • Design and deliver English listening, speaking, reading, and writing courses in line with international teaching standards for various age groups • Assess students’ English proficiency, develop personalized learning plans, and address weaknesses in vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills • Utilize multimedia resources to create an engaging online learning environment and stimulate student interest • Regularly evaluate learning outcomes, provide detailed feedback to students and parents, and adjust teaching strategies as needed
