Job Description

We are seeking an experienced English-speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to support a global channel and customer base delivering mission-critical Food and Beverage ERP solutions built on the Microsoft Business Central platform. This is a strategic presales and solution consulting role suited for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working across regions, technologies, and industries.


The role focuses on demonstrating business value, shaping ERP solutions, and supporting partners, prospects, and customers across global markets, with a primary focus on Asia Pacific. The position is based in Manila, Philippines, with potential travel as business needs require.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide solution consulting services to Food and Beverage ERP customers and partners
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to qualify customer needs and conduct pre-demonstration discovery
  • Design and deliver tailored ERP demonstrations aligned to customer business processes
  • Develop differentiated value propositions based on customer requirements and industry best practices
  • Support partners with functional, technical, architectural, and design-related inquiries
  • Assist in RFI, RFP, and demo preparation activities
  • Stay current on product updates, market trends, and relevant technologies
  • Engage with customers and partners through presentations, workshops, and virtual meetings across multiple regions


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of seven years experience in ERP consulting, presales, or solution architecture
  • At least four years hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central
  • Strong background in the Food and Beverage industry or extensive experience working with Food and Beverage clients
  • Solid understanding of ERP solutions for process manufacturing environments
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional and system solutions and adjust communication based on audience
  • Demonstrated capability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for client-facing engagements and presentations
  • High adaptability, strong critical thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-evolving technology environment
