- Take orders, serve food, manage cash transactions, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting food items
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
- Prepare and serve food and beverages
- Process transactions and handle cash register
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience Level: Less than one year of experience in food service is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong hospitality skills, waitering experience, familiarity with quick service restaurant operations, and cashiering skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long hours, and may require evenings or weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability.
