Description
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve food, maintain cleanliness, and assist customers.
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and kitchen.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in food service or customer service roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, teamwork, and customer interaction skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment withstanding long hours on feet.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
