Description
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Support inventory management and restocking supplies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent waitering and cashiering skills, strong customer-oriented approach, and familiarity with quick service restaurant operations.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, flexible hours including nights and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, punctual, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
