- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage service.
- Ensure high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
- Supervise and train staff for optimal performance.
- Manage inventory and order supplies effectively.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management, excellent communication skills, strong team player, solid work ethic, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, flexible hours, standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
