- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Implement health and safety regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and pricing strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
Requirements
- Job Title: Food and Beverages Supervisor
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in food and beverage operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operations management, teamwork, computer literacy, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), quality control, and strong work ethic.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee food service operations, manage staff, ensure quality and compliance with health standards, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and possess a strong commitment to excellence.
