- Advise clients on plant care and floral selections.
- Manage inventory of flowers and supplies.

- Collaborate with vendors for quality sourcing.
- Stay updated on floral trends and techniques.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in floral design preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong creativity, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and customer service skills essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Create floral arrangements, assist customers, manage inventory, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; ability to work under pressure during peak seasons.
- Qualities and Traits: Passionate, adaptable, and possess a keen eye for aesthetics.
