Responsibilities 1. Plan and design products in line with the company’s strategic and market developments 2. Conduct research and in-depth analysis of competitor products and industry-related information 3. Prepare product-related documentation (PRD, product prototypes, value analysis) 4. Drive and monitor product improvements, development, and testing to ensure on-schedule releases 5. Continuously optimize product design to enhance user experience, deeply uncover user needs, and iterate updates 6. Manage the user asset product line: asset lending, unified account (OneAccount) asset page, spot account asset page, account P&L analysis, asset transfers, fund flow system, etc. 7. Collaborate with R&D to design and deliver core funding-asset capabilities and asset view functions, supporting integration across business lines Requirements 1. Proficient in writing and managing requirements documents 2. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and driving skills: work with product, technical, and operations teams across all business lines to ensure rapid, compliant integration into the unified account system 3. Bachelor’s degree or higher 4. Over 5 years of internet product experience, including at least 2–3 years focused on trading product lines, user asset product lines, or account product lines 5. Fundamental data analysis skills, with the ability to identify issues, validate hypotheses, and evaluate outcomes through data 6. English proficiency at CET-4 level or above Preferred Qualifications 1. Led projects from 0 to 1 such as unified account (OneAccount), unified trading account (UTA), or funding account (Funding) 2. Led P&L analysis or capital gains analysis (Capital Gain) modules from inception 3. Led the development of asset lending product features from inception 4. Understanding of derivatives and related financial product principles
