Job Description

  • Coordinate accounting activities for specific projects with finance and project teams.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant recording of project transactions.
  • Monitor project spending and suggest cost-effective solutions.
  • Support financial reporting, grant compliance, and audits.
  • Oversee invoicing, disbursements, and account reconciliations.
  • Help develop and refine financial procedures for projects.
  • Report financial status and risks to project leads.
  • Improve tools and systems for project financial tracking.


  • 2-3 years of accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Accountancy
  • Knowledgeable in accounting
