Job Description
- 协助抵押贷款经纪人处理客户申请和文件准备。
- 跟进贷款审批流程，确保及时沟通进展。
- 维护客户关系，提供卓越的客户服务。
- 收集并分析市场信息，支持销售策略。
- 参与团队会议，提供业绩报告和建议。
- 教育资格：至少拥有专科以上学历。
- 经验水平：3-5年相关工作经验。
- 技能与能力：具备顾问式销售、在线销售及电话营销的能力。
- 职责与义务：支持抵押贷款经纪人，处理客户咨询，协调贷款申请流程。
- 工作条件：在办公室环境中工作，处理客户电话和在线查询。
- 品质与特征：优秀的沟通能力、客户服务意识及团队合作精神。
Working Hours:
Fixed Schedule·09:00-18:00

Full Two-Day Weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays Off)
