Role Overview

The Financial Controller is responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting, with ownership of balance sheet integrity and profit and loss performance. The role ensures compliance with accounting standards and works closely with finance operations and reporting teams to resolve issues and support efficient financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements
• Own balance sheet and P&L accountability
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP
• Partner with AR, AP, and other finance teams to support end-to-end operations

Qualifications

• Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge
• Minimum 7 - 8 years of experience in financial controllership, or end-to-end accounting functions
• Advanced Excel and SAP/S4HANA experience
• Experience in shared services or complex environments
• Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced setting
