Finance Analyst

We are looking for a Finance Analyst who will support daily Finance and Accounting operations. The role focuses on recording financial transactions, preparing reports, and helping manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, taxes, and other finance-related tasks. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.

What You Will Do

• Record and maintain financial transactions and documents

• Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports

• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing

• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor intercompany transactions

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Ensure timely filing and payment of taxes and government requirements

• Assist in audits, compliance, and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Experience in AR/AP roles

• Knowledge of Google Workspace and Google Sheets

• Experience using QuickBooks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

• Familiarity with Philippine tax regulations is an advantage
