I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare and provide financial statements and reports for Direct Stores and Franchisees.
2. Perform data analysis to evaluate the quality, accuracy, trends, and insights from operational data.
3. Review, filter, and validate performance indicators of Store Consultants and prepare reports regarding targets, KPIs, and store performance gaps for discussion.
4. Generate and submit timely reports for management highlighting trends, updates, risks, and results of store performance.
5. Coordinate with Operations, Finance, IT and other departments for data validation and alignment of operational metrics.
6. Support Operations in project-based reporting, policy review, and improvement initiatives.

II. ACCOUNTABILITY

1. Identify store losses, high expenses, and other operational variances through data analysis.
2. Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of all data and reports submitted.
3. Identify non-performing stores based on targets, KPIs, and financial results.
4. Monitors and tracks overall store operational performance and provides insights for improvement.
5. Ensures proper documentation, filing, and secure management of all operational data and reports

III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. College graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
2. Strong understanding of store financial statements (P&L, expenses, gross profit, variances).
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge in analytics tools or systems is an advantage.
4. Good communication skills—both written and verbal.
5. Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to prepare clear and professional presentation reports for management and operations meetings.
7. Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver reports within deadlines.
8. Minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience in data analysis or business analytics, preferably in the retail industry.
