JOB SUMMARY:

The Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting the finance team in managing financial records, processing transactions, and preparing financial reports. This role involves performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the finance department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Conduct audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, including financial, operational, compliance, and systems audit.

-Preparing and maintaining audit budgets

-Update and prepare financial spreadsheets and balance sheets

-Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

-Participates in physical inventory counts.

-Maintains complete and accurate database.

-Assist in preparation of Annual and Monthly Budget Utilization. 

-Assist with special finance projects and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

· Work experience as a Finance associate, Finance officer or similar role

· Proficiency in financial analysis software or ERP systems

· Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create complex financial models and analysis

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Knowledgeable in auditing procedures

· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Project planning and time management skills

· Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
