Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable/Receivables: Oversees timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, expense reports, and client collections.
• General Ledger & Reconciliations: Manages the general ledger, performs periodic bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and ensures all account information is accurate and complete.
• Month-End/Year-End Close: Manages the full cycle of the closing process, ensuring all financial activities are completed on time and in accordance with accounting standards.
• Financial Reporting: Prepares and distributes accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and forecasts for senior management.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Participates in the overall annual budgetary process and assists in developing multi-year financial projections.
• Variance Analysis: Conducts analysis of variances between actual financial results and budgeted/forecasted amounts to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
• Cost Analysis: Performs cost analysis and recommends process improvements for cost-effectiveness.
• Policy & Procedure Implementation: Develops, documents, and implements financial policies, procedures, and strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Regulatory Adherence: Ensures all financial operations comply with applicable federal/local laws, tax requirements and accounting standards.
• Supervision: Oversees the daily workflow and tasks of the finance/accounting team, including accounts payable and receivable staff.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
• Skills and Competencies: Experience in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) management.
• Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with forecasting and risk management techniques.
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
