About the role



The role will play a pivotal role in supporting the Company’s finance function. Within the role, you will work closely with COE Controllership team, responsible for supporting decision-making processes by providing accurate financial information and analysis to various stakeholders. Your expertise in financial reporting will contribute to the financial health and strategic direction of the Company.  

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and procedures

• Analysing financial data and providing insights to support decision-making

• Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts

• Liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required

• Supervising and training junior finance team members

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient accounting practices

What we're looking for

• Degree in Accounting or Finance

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably in the customer service or business process outsourcing industry

• Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis

• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
