Accounting and Finance Manager

Responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing budgets, and supporting strategic decision-making.

• Financial Management
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support business operations.

• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.

• Compliance & Controls
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies.

• Strategic Support
• Provide financial insights to management for decision-making and long-term planning.
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Support investment and expansion initiatives with financial modeling and feasibility studies.

• Team Leadership
• Supervise and mentor the accounting and finance team.
• Promote continuous improvement in processes and systems.
• Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
