Job Title: Finance Manager


Company: Le Meur Aesthetics

Work Setup: Full-time | Onsite

Office: Makati Head Office

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Reports To: CEO & Founder



Role Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end financial management of Le Meur Aesthetics, ensuring financial discipline, transparency, profitability, and scalability across all branches and offices. This role is critical in transitioning the company from founder-driven finance decisions to a structured, data-driven financial operating model.


The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, commercially astute, and experienced in multi-branch service businesses (clinics, retail, hospitality, or F&B).


Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Control

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, payroll, and general ledger

• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

• Prepare and present branch-level and consolidated P&L statements

• Implement and enforce financial policies, internal controls, and approval matrices

• Monitor cash flow, burn rate, and liquidity across all branches



2. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning

• Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts per branch and department

• Track actual performance vs budget; explain variances and recommend corrective actions

• Support CEO in revenue projections, pricing strategies, and cost optimization

• Build financial models for new branches, machines, campaigns, and expansion plans



3. Purchasing, Inventory & Cost Control

• Oversee purchasing and procurement approvals (machines, injectables, consumables)

• Ensure proper inventory valuation, reconciliation, and wastage control

• Implement cost-per-treatment tracking and margin analysis per service

• Work closely with Operations and Inventory Leads to prevent leakages and pilferage



4. Payroll, Commissions & Incentives

• Ensure accurate computation of payroll, commissions, doctor fees, and incentives

• Review and validate commission structures aligned with revenue and margin targets

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, benefits, and statutory contributions



5. Compliance, Audit & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and statutory requirements

• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax consultants

• Prepare documentation for internal audits and management reviews

• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies



6. Strategic & Executive Support

• Act as financial adviser to the CEO and leadership team

• Prepare management dashboards, KPIs, and financial insights

• Support investor discussions, financing arrangements, and partnerships

• Participate in strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Monthly financial close accuracy and timeliness

• Branch-level profitability and margin improvement

• Cash flow stability and cost control efficiency

• Inventory variance and wastage reduction

• Compliance and audit readiness



Qualifications & Requirements


Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• CPA is a strong advantage but not mandatory


Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting

• At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role

• Experience in multi-branch operations, clinics, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred


Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management

• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar)

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills

• Strong understanding of PH tax and regulatory environment

• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving founder-led environment
