- Assist in recording and monitoring financial transactions
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, schedules, and summaries
- Check and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports
- Assist in bank reconciliation and cash monitoring
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Assist during month-end closing and audit activities
- Coordinate with other departments regarding finance-related concerns
- Perform other finance tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager
