The finance and Administrative senior consultant will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and administrative functions, ensuring accuracy in reports, compliance with company policies, and efficient support for daily business activities. The role includes managing budgets, preparing financial analyses, supervising admin processes, and providing strategic guidance to improve operational performance.


Description / Requirements

Job Title: Finance and Administrative Senior Consultant

Job Category: Finance

Work set up: Hybrid in McKinley Hills, Taguig (2 to 3x per week)

Salary: Php 30,000 -35,000 basic salary


Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in Finance and Macros.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting/ Finance/Business Management.

• at least 2 years work experience on Finance Admin & Reporting

• Possess exceptional communication skills, good organizational skills and keen analytical ability and attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.

• Proficiency in Macros is required.

• Ability to solve problem effectively, multitask etc.

• Has experience leading or mentoring junior team members

• Action-oriented and ability to assume ownership of requests/problems and deliver effective resolutions to customers

• Creativity for devising effective customer solutions within pre-determined guidelines

• Quantitative proficiency for performing manual calculations. Adaptability and capacity to handle changing priorities

• Must be amenable to work in Taguig - Hybrid Set-up
