Remote Treasury & Settlement Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly trustworthy Remote Treasury & Settlement Specialist to manage treasury operations, settlements, and reconciliation tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong finance background, experience with cloud-based ERP systems, and can work independently in a remote setup while handling sensitive financial data.

Qualifications:

• College level or graduate of a Finance-related major (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting)

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Accounts Receivable, or General Accounting

• Mandatory: Experience using Cloud ERP systems (Acumatica, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)

• Proficient in Corporate Online Banking platforms

• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)

• Knowledge of multi-currency transactions and FX revaluation is an advantage

Soft Skills:

• High integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality

• Strong attention to detail (zero tolerance for payment and data entry errors)

• Self-disciplined and able to work autonomously in a remote environment

• Able to meet daily deadlines and handle pressure

Responsibilities:

• Perform treasury and settlement operations

• Reconcile bank transactions and large datasets using Excel

• Process and monitor payments through corporate online banking platforms

• Coordinate with Finance and Accounting teams for accurate reporting

• Support accounts receivable and general accounting functions

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and data security protocols

Remote Work Requirements:

• Must own a reliable laptop or PC

• Stable, high-speed internet connection (backup connection preferred)

• Quiet and private workspace to ensure focus and data security

• Willing to install required security software (VPN, endpoint protection, etc.)

• Strict adherence to data protection policies (no public Wi-Fi for banking transactions)
